Hardwick in Partnership Ltd is the Data Controller of the information you provide us with. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information from you is to enable us to provide you with products/services to meet your needs and to allow us to comply with health & safety, legal and administration requirements. This information may include your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, occupation, date of birth or additional details related to your enquiry. The information which we collect is by Consent; this consent forms the lawful basis under which the information is processed.  You have the right to change or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details provided in the above section ‘Who are we’.

We may also need to request and collect other sensitive personal information to provide you with a product or service if it is critical for the delivery of that product or service. 

If you object to use of this information then we may be unable to offer you that product or service.

We implement appropriate technical and security measures to protect the personal information we hold.  This includes, but is not limited to, storing information and information holding equipment in a secure environment; limiting access to the personal information held to those who need to have access to personal data; protecting IT and portable electronic devices equipment with antivirus software, firewalls and passwords and ensuring staff handling personal information have been made aware of their responsibilities with regards to handling the data.

 

When do we share your information?

The information which you provide us with may be shared with our delivery partners and/or funders for the provision or administration of the service provided (for example for monitoring or to satisfy health and safety requirements). Wherever possible we will endeavour to ensure that adequate protections are afforded to any data that is shared by us.  Information may also be shared for lawful purposes with appropriate services such as the police or other law enforcement body, or statutory or regulatory authority.

 

How long do we keep your information for?

We will not keep your personal information longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided unless we are required by law or have other legitimate reasons to keep it for longer, for example for legal or insurance purposes or to comply with our administration or funders requirements. At the end of the term, or when processing of the personal information is no longer necessary, or if consent is withdrawn before this time, we will destroy or return the information which has been provided.

We will normally keep information for no more than 7 years after termination of the project or service we provide. 

 

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to change or withdraw your consent and to request details of any personal data that we hold about you.  Where we have no legitimate reason to continue to hold your information, you have the right to be forgotten.  If you wish to inform us of changes in consent please contact us using the contact information that we have provided in the section ‘Who are we’.
